Most implant offices in New Jersey will not put a number on a page. We will. Below is where treatment starts here. Your own figure depends on your scan, and you get it in writing at a free consultation, before you have agreed to anything.

The implant, the abutment, and the crown, from placement to the finished tooth. One doctor does all three stages, so there is no second office adding a second bill.

Prices are starting points for treatment planned and carried out by Dr. Slobodian himself. Extractions, bone reconstruction, and sedation are quoted separately in your plan.
What moves the number.
- How much bone is left.A jaw that has been missing teeth for years often needs rebuilding first. That is a separate procedure, and it is the single biggest variable in a full-arch case.
- Whether teeth need to come out.Extractions on the same day as placement are common in full-arch work and are included in the plan you approve.
- The material of the final teeth.Zirconia costs more than acrylic and lasts longer. Both are real options, and the difference is explained before you choose.
- One arch or two.Rebuilding both jaws is not simply double: the planning overlaps, and the plan reflects that.
Paying for it.

Why can you not give me a final price over the phone?
Because the honest number depends on what a 3D scan shows: how much bone is there, whether teeth need to come out first, and what the opposite jaw is doing. Any office that quotes a full-arch case sight unseen is either guessing or planning to revise it later. Your consultation and scan are free, and you leave with a written figure.
Does the price include everything, or are there extras later?
The figures above cover the treatment named: the surgery, the components, and the teeth. If your case needs bone reconstruction, an extraction, or sedation, that is discussed and priced in the plan you approve before treatment starts. Nothing appears on the bill that was not on the plan.
You are out of network. What does that mean for my insurance?
It means we do not let an insurance company set your treatment plan or the time we spend on it. Most PPO plans still reimburse part of the work. We give you the paperwork with the correct codes so you can claim directly, and we tell you honestly what to expect back before you commit.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, through CareCredit or Cherry. Both run a soft check, give you an answer in minutes, and offer terms with no interest if the balance is paid inside the promotional period. We do not run in-house payment plans, so the arrangement stays between you and the lender.
Is a cheaper implant elsewhere the same thing?
Not always. Price differences usually come from the implant system, whether the surgery is planned with a 3D guide, and who restores the tooth afterward. We place Straumann and Neodent, two of the most documented systems in dentistry, so parts and service exist decades from now. That matters more than the discount on day one.
I was told I need bone grafting. Does that change the cost?
It can, and it is worth doing properly. Rebuilding bone with custom titanium mesh is its own procedure with its own price, quoted in your plan. Many patients who were told they were not candidates elsewhere are treatable once the bone is rebuilt here.
