Text message (SMS) terms

What you will receive. Text messages from Slobodian Dental about appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, and replies to your inquiries.

How you join. You join by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website and submitting the form. Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of booking or receiving care.

Message frequency. Message frequency may vary and depends on your appointments and your conversations with our office.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further messaging. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will not receive more texts from us. To start receiving messages again, reply START.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (973) 528-8428 or email info@slobodiandental.com.

Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Emergencies. Text messages are not monitored around the clock. For a dental emergency, call our office; for a medical emergency, call 911.

Privacy. No personal information, mobile number, or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Website information is not medical advice

The content on this website is general information about dental care. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and using the site or submitting a form does not create a dentist and patient relationship. Your options and your treatment plan are decided at a consultation with the doctor.

Prices shown on this website are starting points to help you plan. Your final cost depends on your case and is confirmed after your consultation. Financing through CareCredit or Cherry is subject to approval by those providers.
