The earliest still going strong since 2012.
Told there is not enough bone? That is often the beginning, not the end.
When the jaw has shrunk after years without teeth, many offices simply say you are not a candidate, or reach only for ways to angle implants around the missing bone. We do something most practices near you do not: we rebuild the bone itself. A custom titanium mesh, shaped to your jaw from a 3D scan, holds the graft in place while your body grows new bone into it. Then the implants go where they belong. It is planned and carried out by the same doctor who places and restores your teeth, backed by an oral surgery background.
Why bring a bone case here.
- We rebuild bone, not just work around it. Custom titanium mesh (Yxoss CBR) grows real bone back. Almost no practice near you offers bone reconstruction by name.
- Cases others turn away. Being told no somewhere else is often where our work begins, not where yours ends.
- One doctor plans, rebuilds, and restores. The same doctor does the bone work, places the implants, and makes the final teeth. One person owns the result.
- An oral surgery background. Complex bone and sinus work is handled here, not referred out to a separate surgeon.
- Planned in 3D. The mesh is designed from your CBCT scan to fit your jaw, so the rebuild is precise, not improvised.
- Less invasive than an old block graft. A custom mesh avoids harvesting a large block of bone from elsewhere in your body.
What the process actually looks like.
- 1 Free consultation and CBCT 3D scan We measure exactly how much bone there is and where, and explain it on screen.
- 2 An honest plan with the price up front You see the whole path, from rebuild to implants, with the cost laid out before we start.
- 3 Rebuild the bone Custom titanium mesh, guided bone regeneration, or a sinus lift, whichever your case needs.
- 4 Healing while new bone forms Your body grows new bone into the scaffold over several months.
- 5 Implants, then your teeth Once the bone is solid, we place the implants and restore the teeth.
Frequently asked questions
I was told I do not have enough bone. Is that the end?
No. We rebuild the ridge with custom titanium mesh shaped to your jaw and take on cases others turn away. Often a no somewhere else becomes a plan here.
What is custom titanium mesh, or Yxoss CBR?
It is a titanium scaffold, designed from your 3D scan to fit your jaw exactly. It holds the graft in the right shape while your body grows new bone into it, then it is removed. It is more precise and less invasive than harvesting a large block of bone.
How long does the bone take to heal?
New bone forms over several months before implants go in. We give you a realistic timeline for your case at the consultation, not a promise of teeth in a day.
Does it hurt?
The work is done with sedation (nitrous oxide or an oral sedative) and gentle technique. Most patients say recovery was more manageable than they expected. We do not offer deep IV anesthesia.
How much does bone grafting cost?
It depends on how much bone needs rebuilding, so we price it at your consultation after a 3D scan, as part of the overall implant plan. Financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry.
What about zygomatic implants for no bone?
For most cases we rebuild the bone and add pterygoid implants where they help. Zygomatic implants are an option for the most extreme upper-jaw loss, and we will tell you honestly and refer you if that is genuinely the better route.
Do you also do gum, or soft tissue, grafting?
Yes. We treat receding gums with soft tissue grafting to cover exposed roots, reduce sensitivity, and protect the teeth.
Do you take insurance?
We are out of network. We provide a superbill so you can claim partial reimbursement from your PPO.
