5,000+ implants placed
The earliest still going strong since 2012.
Replace one tooth without touching the others.
A single-tooth implant replaces the root, not just the crown. Unlike a bridge, we do not file down the healthy teeth on either side to hang a replacement between them. One titanium post carries one custom crown, planned in 3D and placed with a surgical guide, by the same doctor who makes the final crown. It also keeps the bone working where the tooth used to be, so the jaw does not shrink over the years the way it does under a gap or a bridge.
Why place a single implant here.
- One doctor, start to finish. Dr. Slobodian plans the case, places the implant, and makes the final crown himself. No handoff, no rotating providers.
- It does not touch the healthy teeth. Unlike a traditional bridge, an implant stands on its own, so the sound teeth on either side are left alone.
- The price includes the crown. A single implant starts at $2,500 and covers the implant, the abutment, and the crown, not just the fixture.
- Named implants, not a no-name. We place Straumann and Neodent, two of the most documented systems in the world.
- Planned before we begin. Every implant starts with a CBCT scan and a 3D plan, then goes in through a surgical guide.
- Bone rebuilt when needed. If the bone has thinned, we rebuild it with custom titanium mesh rather than turning you away.
What the process actually looks like.
- 1 Free consultation and 3D diagnostics We look at the bone and the bite, and explain your options on screen.
- 2 An honest plan with the price up front One clear fee that includes the crown, with no surprises later.
- 3 Placement, with a temporary where it shows The implant goes in through a surgical guide, with a temporary tooth if it is in the smile line.
- 4 Healing while the implant integrates The implant fuses with the bone over a few months.
- 5 Your final crown A custom crown, shade matched, fitted once the implant has healed.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a single implant cost?
It starts at $2,500, including the implant, the abutment, and the crown, not just the fixture. Financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry.
Is an implant better than a bridge?
For most people, yes. An implant replaces the root and stands on its own, so it does not file down the healthy teeth beside it and it keeps the bone working. Over time that often costs less than repeated bridge work.
Does it hurt?
Placement is done with sedation (nitrous oxide or an oral sedative) and gentle technique. Most patients say it was easier than they feared. We do not offer deep IV anesthesia.
How long does the whole process take?
After placement, the implant needs a few months to fuse with the bone before the final crown goes on. Where a tooth shows in your smile, you leave with a temporary the same day.
How long does an implant last?
Placed and cared for correctly, the implant itself can last for decades. The crown on top may need replacing sooner.
Do I need a bone graft first?
Sometimes. If the bone under the gap has thinned, we rebuild it with custom titanium mesh so the implant has something solid to hold.
Do you take insurance?
We are out of network, which lets us choose premium implants and spend the time your case needs. We provide a superbill so you can claim partial reimbursement from your PPO.
