A full set of teeth, even when you were told there is not enough bone.

Failing teeth, a denture that never fits, or a flat no because the bone is gone. For most offices that is the end of the conversation. Here it is the start. All-on-X means a fixed arch of teeth carried by four to six implants, not a plate you take out at night. When the bone will not hold an implant, we do not send you away. We rebuild the bone with a custom titanium mesh shaped to your jaw, then place the implants where they belong. And because one doctor plans, places, and restores the whole case, there is one person who owns the result, not a surgeon who places and a separate dentist who finishes.

Why bring a full-arch case here.

  • One doctor, the whole way. Dr. Slobodian plans the case, places the implants, and makes the final teeth himself. No handoff to a separate lab dentist, no rotating providers.
  • Bone rebuilt when others said no. With custom titanium mesh shaped to your jaw, we grow bone back and take on cases other offices turn away.
  • Named implants, not a no-name. We place Straumann and Neodent, two of the most documented systems in the world, so you choose by budget without dropping to an undocumented implant.
  • Planned before we begin. Every case starts with a CBCT scan and a 3D plan, then the implants go in through a surgical guide, backed by an oral surgery background.
  • An honest same-day timeline. You can leave with a fixed temporary arch the same day where it is clinically possible. The permanent teeth come once the implants have healed. We do not promise forever in a single visit.
  • Care in your language. We speak English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and take the time to explain the whole plan in plain words.

What the process actually looks like.

  1. 1
Free consultation and 3D diagnostics We look at the bone, the bite, and your goals, and explain your options on screen.
  2. 2
An honest plan with the price up front If the bone is short, the plan to rebuild it is part of the conversation, not a surprise later.
  3. 3
Rebuild the bone, if it is needed Custom titanium mesh gives the implants something solid to hold, so no bone does not mean no teeth.
  4. 4
Placement, with temporary teeth the same day where possible You leave with a fixed temporary arch where it is clinically possible.
  5. 5
Your permanent teeth once the implants have healed The final arch, in zirconia or acrylic, once the implants have integrated with the bone.

Frequently asked questions

How much do All-on-4 and All-on-X cost?

All-on-4 starts at $15,000 per arch and All-on-6 at $17,000, with a range we go through at your consultation. If bone reconstruction is needed, we price that with you up front. Financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry.

I was told I do not have enough bone. Is that the end?

No. We rebuild bone with custom titanium mesh shaped to your jaw and take on cases others turn away. Often a no somewhere else becomes a plan here.

Is All-on-4 permanent?

The arch is fixed to the implants and only your dentist removes it, so it is permanent in the way that matters day to day. The implants can last for decades with care; the teeth on top may be refreshed sooner.

Can I really get teeth in a day?

You can leave with a fixed temporary arch the same day where it is clinically possible. The permanent teeth come after healing. Anyone promising a permanent arch the same day is skipping a step.

Does it hurt?

Placement is done with sedation (nitrous oxide or an oral sedative) and gentle technique. Most patients say it was easier than they feared. We do not offer deep IV anesthesia.

All-on-4, All-on-6, or All-on-X, what is the difference?

The number is how many implants carry the arch. Four for All-on-4, six for heavier bite forces, and All-on-X means we choose the number that fits your bone and your bite rather than a fixed formula.

Zirconia or acrylic teeth?

Both are options. Acrylic on a titanium bar is lighter and easier on the budget; monolithic zirconia is stronger and more stain resistant. We help you choose at the plan stage.

How long do the implants last?

Placed and cared for correctly, the implants themselves can last for decades. The arch on top may need refreshing sooner.

Do you take insurance?

We are out of network, which lets us choose premium implants and spend the time a full-arch case needs. We provide a superbill so you can claim partial reimbursement from your PPO.

Can I get a second opinion on a quote from elsewhere?

Yes. Bring your plan from a chain or another office and we will give you an honest read, with no pressure to switch.
